Every year the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of KFU together with the Ministry of
Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan holds a youth scientific and educational festival dedicated to the Russian Language Day.
The festival also includes the annual public speaking contest “The Great Russian Word” aimed at identifying and supporting talented youth, increasing their interest in studying the Russian language and Russian culture, and developing their public speaking skills. Romina Parviz Parihi, a student of the preparatory department for foreign students of KFU from Iran, took part in the public speaking contest on October 19, 2021. She made a speech in Russian with an interesting story about her country and was noted by the organizers of the competition. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
