A province-level meeting took place on 19 February.

Vice-Rector Alishev presented an overview of Russian-Indonesian relations with a focus on educational cooperation. He spoke about KFU’s proposals in student mobility and enrolment opportunities for Indonesian students. As of now, there are 83 Indonesian nationals enrolled in KFU; several of them were participants of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s Youth Scientific Congress held by the University in November 2022. The West Javan colleagues were invited to send their representatives for an upcoming congress in 2023.

After the meeting, a student workshop on Russian-Indonesian relations was conducted. The rectors decided to publish the workshop theses with editorial assistance from KFU.

Last week, KFU partook in Indonesia International Education and Training Expo & Conference. Vice-Rector Alishev had a number of meetings with local colleagues and signed relevant memoranda.
