Preparatory Faculty graduates Vardana Rifki Kusuma and Rosmariani Manalu became finalists in the Mr and Miss Permira (Putra Putri Permira) competition held by the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow and the Association of Indonesian Students in Russia Permira.
The main aim of the Mr and Miss Permira competition is to develop and strengthen friendly relations and cooperation between Russia and Indonesia in the field of education, as well as to promote art, culture and a positive image of Indonesia in the Russian society.
“I am very happy that I took part in the contest and won. It means a lot to me and my family. I am grateful to all my friends and teachers in the sub-faculty who supported me,” said Vardana Rifki Kusuma.
The winners received trophies and ribbons as well as educational scholarships from the Ambassador of Indonesia to the Russian Federation, Mr José Antonio Morato Tavares.
