The preparation for moving into the dormitory begins at Stage 1 \u2013 Preparation for Arrival.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 After receiving an invitation for the allocation of a dormitory bed space at Kazan Federal University (KFU) for the period of your studies, you must indicate this need in the designated field of your personal account by selecting: \u00ab<\/strong>\u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0430\u0432\u0438\u0442\u044c<\/strong> <\/strong>\u043e\u0431\u044f\u0437\u0430\u0442\u0435\u043b\u044c\u043d\u043e<\/strong>\u00bb. <\/strong>After that, you should also submit a dormitory accommodation application in your personal account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After purchasing your tickets to the Russian Federation and to Kazan, you must upload them to your personal account at least 10 days before arrival, so that the staff responsible for accommodation can take into account your arrival time in Kazan and include you in the official dormitory accommodation order.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dormitory check-in will begin on September 1, 2025. Therefore, you should plan your arrival date not earlier than September 30, 2025. If you arrive in Kazan earlier than this date, you will need to arrange your own temporary accommodation and independently complete your migration registration (obtain registration at your temporary place of stay).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you plan to arrive in the Russian Federation later than September 14, 2024, you must indicate your planned arrival date and, if possible, the reason for the delay in your personal account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notification of the allocation of a dormitory bed space will be sent to your personal account. For example: \u0412\u0430\u043c \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0430\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u043e \u043c\u0435\u0441\u0442\u043e \u0432 \u0434\u043e\u043c\u0435 \u2116 7, \u043a\u043e\u043c\u043d. \u2116 205, \u043e\u0436\u0438\u0434\u0430\u0439\u0442\u0435 \u0432\u044b\u0445\u043e\u0434\u0430 \u043f\u0440\u0438\u043a\u0430\u0437\u0430. After the official order for accommodation is issued, you will also receive a notification in your personal account confirming that you may move into the dormitory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important:<\/strong> If within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the notification of dormitory bed space allocation you fail to fulfill one of the conditions listed below, your dormitory bed space may be revoked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To retain your dormitory bed space after 14 calendar days from the issuance of the accommodation order, you must complete at least one of the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Conclude the dormitory lease agreement;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Indicate your planned arrival date and reason for delay in your personal account;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Notify in writing the responsible staff of the Preparatory Faculty Dean\u2019s Office preparatory@kpfu.ru<\/a> and the staff responsible for accommodation podfak.du@kpfu.ru<\/a> about valid reasons for the delay in moving in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Stage 2 \u2013 Arrival and Documents <\/u><\/strong>after arriving in the Russian Federation, you must prepare the required documents for check-in \u2013 obtain a Voluntary Health Insurance Policy and a medical certificate for dormitory accommodation. https:\/\/disk.360.yandex.ru\/d\/AFMdqq5wDogALQ<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required documents for check-in at KFU dormitories:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Passport (original and 2 copies of the main page and visa)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Medical insurance policy (original and 1 copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Migration card (original and 1 copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Blood test for RW (with translation into Russian, valid for 14 days)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Fluorography results from the past year (2 copies). The document must include the image number, institution stamp, certificate stamp, and doctor\u2019s stamp<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Certificate from a dermatologist (with translation into Russian, valid for 3 days)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Medical report from a general practitioner (issued by GAUZ \u201cCity Polyclinic No. 21 \u2018Student\u2019\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Certificate of safety briefing (issued upon check-in)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. International student registration form (issued upon check-in)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
